I'd be OK with an extended life (depending on the circs. Could my youthful self be extended or would it be my middle-aged, rapidly decaying self? Guess it would depend on when I got the boost...), but the whole increased risk of cancer thing would probably deter me from trying this particular method til they worked out the kinks.
