		<description>Well, it seems to me that if living longer would be torture then the tortured souls simply wouldn&#039;t get the telomerase boost. 

I&#039;d be OK with an extended life (depending on the circs. Could my youthful self be extended or would it be my middle-aged, rapidly decaying self? Guess it would depend on when I got the boost...), but the whole increased risk of cancer thing would probably deter me from trying this particular method til they worked out the kinks.</description>

Besides, will an extra 50 years answer more questions than it creates?  Although...I suppose discovering new questions can be kind of an answer.</description>
