I’m really starting to get annoyed with United Airlines’s adds too (he said, during an Olympics Commercial Break).
They’re so bizarre.
And they’re ruining one of the greatest musical pieces of all time by associating it with such bizarreness.

After I got married, I started having Mondays. So I got bacon for breakfast.

I was reading this shockingly unemotional piece on Rush Limbaugh yesterday, and saw the following adverts in the sidebar. The top one is fine, and is included just for reference:

If you visit the Drudge Report, you’ll no doubt have noticed how often the advertisements aren’t displayed properly. Frequently, adverts appear in spaces that are too small for them, leaving parts (sometimes large parts) of the advert undisplayed.
Take the following screenshots for example:

On National Review Online, one of American conservatism’s most prestigious sites — and one I frequently enjoy — I’ve encountered the following ironic advertisements recently:
(The sites in these adverts are TheLiberalStore.com, (the liberal) AARP’s DividedWeFail.org, and federalcarbontax.org.)
And that reminded me of something I’ve found ironic about the site itself. “What’s wrong with the following pictures?”
